The Memory Elite Pocket 1000 is an Ikea size double bed continental double mattress that offers the best of both worlds with its combination of pocket springs and body moulding memory foam. It's an excellent continental double mattress that's upholstered in a soft and responsive knitted stretch fabric cover and a hand tufted finish for extra durability. Hand tufting is a process of nylon tapes that are passed through the continental double mattress at regular intervals and secured on each side with a cotton tuft. This pre tensions the continental double mattress and ensures the fillings stay in place. Within the continental double mattress fillings is a layer of visco elastic memory foam that's designed to be temperature sensitive and soften when it comes into contact with body heat. The memory foam moulds itself to your body shape, eliminating pressure points and creating better blood circulation, resulting in a more restful and comfortable sleep. The pocket springs are totally independent, each in their own cloth pocket so the load on one spring doesn't affect the one next to it. This allows the pocket spring continental double mattress to contour perfectly to your body. The result is a spring system that directly supports at the point of contact and is not affected by varying weight and body shape, providing piston like support to each part of your body.
