A hand tufted finish is applied to the small double mattress to ensure its generous layers of Hypoallergenic Mattress fillings are held securely in place, dramatically reducing the chance of upholstery movement. Small diameter pocket springs are at the core of the small double mattress with each one encased within its own cloth pocket so the load on one spring doesn't affect any of the neighbouring springs. This allows the springs to contour perfectly to your body shape and provide piston like support to each part of the body. They are not affected by varying weights and body shapes, resulting in a system that supports directly at the point of contact. A thick outer rod edge is then fitted around the perimeter of the finished structure, this offers additional strength and support, allowing you the full use of the small double mattress width.
